I LOVE MY NEW CLOTHES! POSTED AT 07:46 PM I LOVE MY NEW CLOTHES!!! *huggles new clothes* So yesterday I finally got my mom to take my to Hot Topic, because I was in desperate need of new pants (and maybe a few shirts while I was at it) Well, we didn't find any pants, but we did find these bitchin ass jackets! One (which I am wearing right now) is black with these three buckles that go over the zipper, and it slides down so it hangs below your shoulders (if that makes sense I don't know how to describe it any better, I'm really bad at describing things, sorry) Then the other is also black (I Then we went to Thrift Town and found a regular pair of blue jeans that totally kick ass, then we went to TJ Max and found another pair of jeans that have little tears in them, and on some of the bigger tears this really pretty fabric sewn underneath it, they rock. Then today after Butoh class mom took me to Grunts and Postures (a vintage clothing store) And we found these brown plaid punk pants (as I like to call them) They kick ass, and we found a kick ass gothic dress that is spaghetti strap and has like a little corset type thing in the back and it is so cool! Plus I figured out how I can wear it (as well as my shoulderless jacket/sweater) All I have to do is stick a black tank top underneath it and BAM! my shoulders are covered! BEAT THAT DRESS CODE!!! MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! So yeah, just felt like telling you guys that I got tons of new clothes this weekend that I absolutly adore! BYE BYE BAGGY PANTS!!! HELLO NEW PANTS!!!! *is very happy* Listening to: various 30 second Gorillaz clips (damn I need to get that album! Feeling: HAPPY!!!! |

THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!! POSTED AT 11:37 AM as a favorite post So guys if you read my below entry *points downward* you'll see that I got to go to the midnight showing for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Sorry I am posting this so late but I have now finally found time to tell you all about it! To start off...IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! THE OTHER MOVIES CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO COMPARE!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS SO INCREDIBLY DARK!!!!!!!!! TAKE POA AND TIMES IT BY LIKE A THOUSAND AND YOU HAVE THE GOF!!!!!!!!!!! I GIVE IT A 9.9 OUT OF 10!!!!!!!!!!! The only reason I am docking .1 is because I would have liked to see a little bit more of the Quidditch World Cup, it was just a really awkward way to transition I think from the match to the tent, could have finished Rita Skeeter off differently, they kinda left her hanging, and the third task could have been a bit longer with a few more things added in. It really was spectacular and I loved it but if the third task had only been a few minutes longer I would have loved it even more. Oh and of course more of Viktor Krum!!!!! Yep those are the only things I would have changed. BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Daniel Radcliffe got so much better and being all depressed and angry (you remember the scene were he was crying in PoA after finding out Sirius was his godfather? Yeah, that was bad) But I thought he improved so much! I think he will turn out to make a fine Harry Potter. I gotta say I am like in love with Viktor Krum! What a hottie, I need to find me a shirt that says, "I am a Krum Groupie!" LOL! But man oh man did me and my friends (Lada and Katie) ever have fun at the showing. So we decided to get there like 4 hours before the movie started (so like 8ish) and when we got to the theatre, there were only like 15 people there, so we got in line (after a little confusion with what theatre we were, we didn't see it on the tickets) and we got in line and we were all excited. We saw like 10 kids from Evergreen (mine and Lada's Jr. High) so that was pretty cool. After a few minutes of waiting Katie and me walked over to Dairy Queen to get some ice cream (I ended up getting a rather tasty Strawberry Shake though) Then we got back and Lada was talking to these kids that were next to us line, one that was ahead of us, and one behind us. The kid in front of us was pretty cool, I don't remember his name though. He worked as a projectionist at the theatre and he taught me how to play poker! It was pretty good. So while Katie, whats his face, and me were playing poker and other various card games Lada was talking to this other kid who was behind us in line. Turns out the kid went to Evergreen as well (only he graduated when we were like in 7th grade) Well after like 1 hour we got bored and decided to call somebody on Ladas phone, the only person we could think to call whos parents hopefully wouldn't get mad at us was Seth! Seth is a pretty cool kid, he is still in 9th grade at Evergreen. So we called him and we were like "Hey Seth!" It was pretty funny. Then we called Max and that was cool too. So you guys remember that kid that Lada was talking to? Yeah, lets just call him Mr. Creeper from now on. Well he of course turned out to be one of those loser guys who the second you say "hi" to him latches on to you for the rest of time (why oh why lada did you talk to him! WHY?!) Well the manager decided to let everybody into the theatre like 2 hours before the movie started, no idea why but he did. So we went in and picked our seats and of course he sat with us. Well going down the row from left to right it was Katie, me, Lada, and Mr. Creeper. Mr. Creeper was obviously hitting on Lada and Katie and I felt bad for her and wished he would leave. He was kinda friends with the guy who taught me how to play poker so Lada was like, "Why don't you go sit with your friend?" and he said, "No I'm fine here" Ugh. So then of course Ladas eye starts hurting so she and Katie go off to the bathroom, leaving me with Mr. Creeper. Wow talk about your awkward situations. We talked a little about music and stuff, he told me what he listened to, which was all crap. The only thing running through my mind was, "Lada, Katie I am going to kill you if you don't come back and get me outta this." Well eventually Katie came back and got me. I was like "THANK YOU!!!" We went into the bathroom where I was informed that Lada had basically slept in her contacts and now one of them was bothering her and she couldn't get it out! She didn't have the little suctioning thing that gets them out so she was having a rather difficult time. Well after like 10 mintues of trying she finally go it out and we were all jumping for joy (and getting weird looks from the people in the bathroom) Then of course Lada has it on her finger and Katie accidently blows on it and it falls off, but luckily it only fell on the counter, Katie and I were laughing how she was going to get and STD now, Herpes of the eye we called it. Anyways after that little incident we walked back to the theatre and Lada walked right into one of those metal poles that connect the ropes for little areas, like you know at movie box offices, airports, and anything else requiring a long line. Well that had to be about the funniest thing I have ever seen in my entire life. As we were walking back Lada was like "Marin switch me spots! I don't want to sit next to that guy! He is creeping me out and hitting on me! Save me!" She promised me I could bug her about running into that pole for the rest of her natural life, and of course she was my friend so I traded her spots. Probably the next big event of the entire night was Mr. Creeper asking Lada if she liked Green Day, she had a Green Day purse so he was curious. Well to let you all know Lada is a HUGE! Green Day fan, she worships them. So jokingly she said, "No, I just bought their purse to show how much I hate them" or something like that. Well the dumbass bought it. We all just looked at each other like, "Wow, you are a moron" We saw a ton of kids at the theatre from Oly, a bunch of girls from my English class whose names I do not know, and like all of the senior guys from my Music Listening class, one of them Jason I believe is his name, recognized me and said "Hey!" and I said "Hey!" back. I also saw these two trumpet players from the Wind Ensemble, I talked to both of them at the concert and they were both cool people. One of them was this blonde girl with whom Neil and I were talking to and she was helping us out at the concert. The other was this guy named Logan, who was really nice (kinda cute) and as it turns out an amazing comedy actor. Well anyways I saw them at the movie theatre and was like, "Oh cool" and they saw me and said "Hey". I guess they are a couple, after the movie I saw them walking away holding hands and Logan led her to his car and she got in while he wipped the ice off his windows. I only asume this, not entirely positive, but pretty darn close to positive. They really are cute together. So the movie started and everybody cheered. We saw trailers for King Kong, which looked good, and Superman. Now the Superman trailer was funny. We saw the DC Comics symbol flash up and everybody was curious as to what superhero it was. We hear a voice come on and you see this guy falling from the top of a barn and stop before he hits the ground, like hovering above it, and everybody immediantly knew it was Superman. So everybody started cheering and was like, "YEAH SUPERMAN!!" Then some guy in the corner of the theatre yells, "I LOVE BATMAN!!" It was a riot. Then entire movie was a riot with the audience we had, we would yell things at the screen at certain times, not in the annoying kind of way. It was all just hilarious! People made cat calls at various parts of the movie, for the girls the two big ones were seeing Harry in the bath, and seeing Ron lying in bed at the beginning. For the guys it was Hermoine at the Yule Ball. Of course a few guys screamed at Harry in the bath, in a joking sort of way though. The two parts I will always remember though was 1. When Rita Skeeter led Harry into the broom cupboard to interview him and in the beginning it was really cramped and obviously dark. So there is Rita Skeeter and Harry pressed up against each other and she says, "My isn't this cozy" and everybody in the audience was like, "WHAT?!" It looked like she was hitting on him. 2. Harry and Hermoine are talking about the second task and Harry is like, "I bet Krum has already figured out, but of course you would know that already wouldn't you?" Then Hermoine goes, "Well actually we don't really talk about the tournament, in fact we don't really talk at all. Viktor is more of a physical person. " Everybody went "WHAT?!" It was just so funny. We had a great theatre audience. This was so sad though, you remeber my friend Lada and how she wears contacts? Well like right when the first task started she taps me on the shoulder and says, "My contact fell out" Her other contact, not the one that had been bugging her but the other one. I said, "Well put it back in!" she said, "I can't! It won't go back in!" So poor Lada had to watch the rest of the movie with only one good eye. It was so sad! Well sorry this was so long, I had a lot to say. I congratulate you if you read the entire thing *hands people who did tickets to GoF* In conclusion all I have to say is, GO SEE IT!!!!!!!!!! IT LAYS WASTE ALL THE OTHER MOVIES!!!!!!!!!!!! GO NOW!!!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!! GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Listening to: Bend It Like Beckham Soundtrack Feeling: sick/tired/excited |

black!) and, hmm..., how to describe it, it zips up and on the sides of the zipper (on the actual cloth) there are little studs, then there is some meshy fabric with little flowers emrobiered into it on the sides of the studs, and on the sleeves as well. The buttons on the sleeves totally kick ass, they have little skull and cross bones on them! It makes me feel like a pirate "Argh matey! Where be the buried treasure? Argh!" XD
